• Provide regular feedback, mentorship and career development support to team members to improve performance and retention

• Analyze instructional needs, define course requirements, manage the project's development process, and ensure instructional integrity

• Collaborate with others to develop multiple solutions, project goals, training objectives and measurements for learning requirements

• Interview SMEs and clients to collect necessary information to design and develop learner focused education solutions

• Apply instructional design techniques and methodologies to design interactive courses and supporting materials for an effective learning experience

• Create engaging learning activities and course content like course designs, learning objectives, media scripts, practice activities, and posttests to enhance learner retention and knowledge transfer

• Develop evaluation materials to provide data to encompass previously set educational goals

• Participate in content review, revision and sign-off cycles and provide methodology expertise and/or applicable industry knowledge
