Project Description

I noticed many learners would come to class without knowing the basics on the topics we intended on building on in class. This was due to the fact that we assigned a job aid the day before class that they were supposed to read through by the time class started. Not many learners had the time or the accountability to read through these documents and it would cause major delays in the classroom. This inspired me to create this CBT.

I wanted learners to have the opportunity to focus on learning rather than reading and then be able to answer fundamental questions about the content.

This project required a lot of collaboration between the facilitators and I to ensure our content was correct and didn’t repeat too much information. I created twelve trainings in Articulate Rise for each job aid by first writing my content with general descriptions of the learner’s engagement, building the content out, developing a schedule with the in-person classes, and assigning out the trainings week to week.
